Return policy

We respect and appreciate every client at Prowess Designs. In an
effort to maintain your trust and keep you happy, we will return
merchandise that you are not completely satisfied with. We will
return the full purchase price back to you in the original form of
tender.
Our return guidelines are as follows:
-Must be within 30 days of the original date of purchase/receipt
-Must be in the same condition as when you received it;
undamaged, unworn
-Must have all original tags attached
-Must have all original packaging
-Must be in re-sellable condition
-Must have no alterations of any kind.
-Cloth masks are not returnable.
 

Prowess Designs, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to
determine if an item is in re-sellable condition thereby making it
returnable. Please allow 14 days to process your return. It is a
