Tuscan Hills Estates
Serenity. Comfort. Sophistication. Tuscan Hills Estates brings old world Italian design and architecture to the rolling hills of Navasota, Texas. Its majestic views, tranquil bodies of water, and undisturbed scenery make it the perfect location for developer and future home owner Genie Alfano’s Tuscan style vision. The website design is meant to evoke a calm and serene feeling from visitors while relaying the Italian/Tuscan theme of the real estate development. At the core, this website is a online panorama showcasing the many views and available properties they have to offer. Once all tracts are sold, the current website will be transformed into their community website with profiles on all the homeowners and their beautiful Tuscan villas. Our final purpose for the tuscanhillsestates.com is to feature new homeowners and the homes they build making the website a showpiece for their friends and family.

All Star Baseball Academy
The challenge was to transform an image of little league baseball clinics to that of NCAA driven programs taught by Major League instructors. All Star Baseball Academy needed a truly unique website that appeals to all age groups while focusing on what all young baseball / softball oriented men, women and children are dreaming of…making it to the next level and doing so with an edge. We designed ASBA around the iconic nostalgia that is baseball. The imagery is meant to evoke feelings of why we love baseball and want our young men and women to as well. The majority of ASBA visitors will be parents of future all stars and the future all stars themselves. So, we built an experience that says: All Star Baseball Academy knows why you are here and we are equipped to help you achieve your dream. ASBA is built using HTML, JavaScript, and includes a fully custom Content Management System (CMS) that enables their office to create, edit and delete their: baseball clinics and events, instructor profiles, event gallery, and users.
Questar Construction Website
“Clean, Simple, and Effective” were the words of instruction from Owner Patrick Johnson of Questar Construction. He needed a website to market his new subsidiary commercial construction company. Questar is built from HTML, CSS, and Flash. It is designed to inform its visitor about the company and it’s capabilities as well as relay their professional image. The news feeds are kept current and their portfolio is kept up to date by our developers. However, in the future, we will build them a Content Management System that will give them to ability to update the portfolio and news on their site. QuestarConstruction.us.com is designed to look clean, professional, and immediately impress upon the visitors Questar’s 30 years of experience balanced with their level of demand.
Note: The clouds do in fact move. Nice.

City of Navasota, Texas Brochure
We received a call from a business in historic downtown Navasota, Texas. They needed a brochure that would “show our town for what it is really all about”. This promotion became a joint effort comprised of many of the downtown’s small businesses and The City of Navasota. Their previous marketing highlighted aspects of the town that their city officials had deemed marketable qualities, i.e. jazz and blues festivals and such. One visit to Navasota and you know you are in real deal Texas (not in jazz country). You are in the iconic Texas. You drive through the streets and there are cattle trucks hauling longhorns with eight foot spreads to their ranch. Navasota and surrounding counties are well know by the artists community for having the most beautiful blue bonnets in the state and considering that it’s our state flower, we felt that was a pretty big deal. I mean, for crying out loud, Chuck Norris…CHUCK NORRIS has his Lone Wolf Ranch in the heart of Navasota. Navasota is the epitome of Texas and must be portrayed accordingly. That being said, we hope we did it justice.
Tuscan Hills Estates Postcard
We designed the Tuscan Hills Estates Postcard to show, to the best of our ability given the size constraints, our client’s favorite panoramic of her property. The back side has an image of a porch we felt would be indicative of the style homes that will be built there in the future. We had the postcard printed on heavy gloss card stock and given an aquios coating for added luster. It is our goal that anyone receiving one of these postcards would give it a read and perhaps look further into Tuscan Hills Estates if for no other reason but its alluring surreal presentation.
Tuscan Hills Estates Business Card
Like their website and postcards, the Tuscan Hill Estates Business Card was designed with the walls of a Tuscan Villa in mind. The card needed to simple yet characteristic of our client’s real estate development. It is our opinion that every detail of a marketing campaign must reflect the client’s product or vision. The beginning of a one hundred acre sale might just begin with the simple good impression one gets for something as simple as a business card. Our client will be ready when the opportunity presents itself.
Westwick Builders
Westwick Builders approached us with the need to brand and market their custom homes. Their previous website required them to request all updates from the developer which in turn was costly and ineffective in keeping their site and its home listings current. Your Life, Your Home. We started with a slogan and designed a website to send the message home to their potential customers. WestwickBuilders.com is built using HTML, CSS, Flash, and has a database driven content management system (CMS) that enables them to create new home listings on their website and display / manage them from their own control panel. Their website design is meant to bring out a warm and inviting feeling in its visitors….the way we like to feel when considering the purchase of a new home.
Westwick Builders Trifold
We designed the Westwick Builders Trifold to evoke an emotion or response from each reader. “Your Life, Your Home” is mean to trigger the imagination of each reader into envisioning what they will do with their new home and all the new opportunities it will bring into their lives. Happiness, Loved Ones, Pets, and Children are the focus of the inside whereas Westwick’s build quality is emphasized on the cover design.
